Dear Mr. Eng,

Please accept this letter as formal notification that I am resigning from my position as Cashier/ Golf Attendant with World Citigolf Sdn. Bhd. and my last day of work will be on 30th of September 2012.

Please acknowledge this letter of resignation and I will do my utmost to finish the outstanding projects and for a smooth hand over. I hope that two weeks' notice will give you a sufficient amount of time to find a qualified replacement. Please let me know if you need my help in any special capacity over the next couple of weeks.

Lastly, I greatly appreciate you giving me the opportunity to work for the company. Wish you and the company all the very best for the future.
