♈ 冷

A very cold day at the National Library. Today, Vynn, Erissa, Sandy, Tracy and I went to the National Library. We went there by Vynn's Myvi. Early in the morning, at half past nine, we arrived college and waited for Vynn while doing some research for our assignment at the cafeteria. Of course we did take breakfast while waiting. When Vynn arrived, we had some discussion for about an hour. Then, we left college and headed for the destination which is located near KLCC.

As we arrived, we registered as members using Mykad  at the counter. Actually we were just using our Identification Card number. It was kind of fast as we managed to get in to the library to start searching for the books and journals in a short time. We carefully looked for the categories we were searching and went up to the sixth floor.

There were loads of books and journals in the library that we had difficulties to look for the information we really need. Hence, we used a computer to help searching for keywords in order to ease the job of searching. On top of that, the books and journals here were kind of messy. It was not the messiness as we could see with our eyes, but the messiness of the arrangement of the categories. They were not labeled properly. It was one of the shortage that my friends and I could see. Hopefully the person in charge could take some actions to improve in this aspect.

This place was as cold as ice that i could barely survive with my purple jacket. Upon reading the related journals that we found, i could hear the sound of drums playing in the stomach of mine. We were all hungry because it was already four in the evening and we had not taken our lunch. Therefore, we went to the cafeteria at the eighth floor to fill up our stomach. I ate rice with fried chicken and egg, with gravy at the rice. It was very delicious to eat the rice with tomyam  gravy. Or did i get too hungry to taste the food properly? No, it was really tasty and the price was reasonable.

After taking the meal, we went back to the sixth floor to look for some extra information. And also photocopying the information. We left the library at a quarter to six. There was a terrible traffic jam and it was drizzling. We were in the car for one hour. Cold and sleepy. How much i wished that Vynn's Myvi could fly over the bad traffic jam. And how bad i wished that Doraemon was here, with his Doraemon's pocket, so that he could decrease the size of the car, and we could smoothly get through the traffic jam. Unfortunately, it would never happen in this reality.

We reached Maluri at a quarter past seven. I felt so sorry that i kept him waiting for me for about an hour plus. Appreciate it a lot because i never thought he would do this. Thank you. It was a nice trip and experience anyway. Hope to have a trip like this again. I would not forget to wear a thicker jacket next time if i have a chance to visit the National Library again. =D

p.s. wrote in essay form for fun..it was really tiring -_-
